30-day return policy

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused, with any original tags, accessories, and packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Before sending a return, contact us at ivywu2761@gmail.com for authorization and return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return shipping costs

For change-of-mind returns, compatibility mistakes, or items ordered by mistake, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. We recommend using a tracked shipping service because we cannot issue a refund for a return that does not reach us.

If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us before returning it. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, refund, or return instructions at no additional cost to you where required.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us promptly if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photos or video so we can evaluate the issue.

Exceptions and non-returnable items

Custom or personalized products, including products created using customer-supplied images or other personalized content, cannot be returned for change of mind. This does not affect your rights if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We also do not accept returns for gift cards, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, or items specifically marked as final sale where permitted by law.

Exchanges

The fastest way to obtain a different item is to request a return for the original item and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order.

United Kingdom and European Union cancellation rights

If your order is delivered to the United Kingdom or European Union, you may have a legal right to cancel an eligible online purchase within 14 days of delivery. Legal exceptions may apply, including for goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized. You must notify us before returning an item, and return shipping costs are your responsibility where permitted and disclosed by applicable law.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, contact us at ivywu2761@gmail.com.
